Is heavier than I think ( I think there are more lighter models out there), and the net has a missing part at the top, for me works, but I'm not fully happy with the product

I received product. But product does not fit on my basketball backboard properly. the brackets for the backboard do not fit. this product is not made for all backboards. company never stated the appropriate dimensions your backboard thickness needs to be. They also do not send multiple brack hardware’s for the different backboard sizes. this leaving customer having to figure out a different method to attach. I was sent parts that weren’t done correctly by manufacturer. meaning the screw holes did not fit correctly with the other screw holes. they did not match up. When I brought this up to the agent, she just tell me to reinstall. The holes don’t match up. Reinstalling system will not do a thing. Not I have to drill the correct holes in correct spots myself to get this product to work properly. I would not buy again from this company.
